dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti, která působí v potravinářském průmyslu. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav výrobního procesu a následně ze zjištěných faktů navrhnout opatření, která výrobní proces zlepší. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je tvořena rešerší z odborné literatury, která se zaměřuje na oblast průmyslového inženýrství. Zjištěné informace jsou podkladem pro část praktickou. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost, ve které je bakalářská práce zpracována. Následuje popis produktu a seznámení se všemi částmi pracoviště. Hlavní obsahovou náplň praktické části tvoří analyzování současného stavu výrobního procesu. Pro zpracování analýzy jsou použity analytické metody průmyslového inženýrství. V samotném závěru praktické části jsou okomentovány nedostatky plynoucí z analýzy aktuálního stavu výrobního procesu a jsou předloženy návrhy pro zlepšení analyzovaného výrobního procesu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the production process in a selected company acting in the food industry. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the current process of production and then from the discovered facts to propose steps that will improve the production process. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is made of a literature search, which focuses on the area of industrial engineering. The information found is the source for the practical part. In the beginning of the practical part, the company in which the bachelor thesis is written is introduced. This is followed by a description of the product and an introduction to all parts of the workplace. The main content of the practical part consists of analysing the current production process. For the analysis the analytical methods of industrial engineering are used. At the very end of the practical part, the faults resulting from the analysis of the current state of the production process are commented and suggestions for improvement of the analysed production process are made.
