Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou akciové společnosti POZIMOS. Má zobrazit finanční stabilitu podniku a seznámit ho podrobně o jeho finanční situaci v letech 2018-2021. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit dopady přeměn společnosti na finanční situaci podniku. Podkladem pro zpracování byla účetní závěrka. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se zabývám cílem finanční analýzy, jejími zdroji, přeměnami společností a celkově zhodnocuji finanční analýzu. V části praktické využívám poznatky z části teoretické. Dále charakterizuji samotnou společnost POZIMOS, a.s., využívám analýzu stavových, tokových, rozdílových, poměrových a souhrnných ukazatelů. Závěrem posuzuji, zda rozhodnutí o přijetí projektu odštěpení bylo správné. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of the joint-stock company POZIMOS. It is intended to display the financial stability of the company and inform it in detail about its financial situation in the years 2018-2021. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of company transformations on the company's financial situation. The basis for the processing was the financial statements. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, I deal with the goal of financial analysis, its sources, transformations of companies and overall evaluate financial analysis. In the practical part, I use knowledge from the theoretical part. Furthermore, I characterize the company POZIMOS, a.s. itself, using the analysis of state, flow, difference, ratio and summary indicators. In conclusion, I assess whether the decision to accept the spin-off project was correct. |
