Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu marketingovej komunikácie vybranej spoločnosti, konkrétne spoločnosti BLUNET NTS, a. s. so sídlom v Brne. Analyzovaná bude len časť v B2C sektore. Cieľom teoretickej časti bakalárskej práce bolo vytvorenie literárnej rešerši, ktorá sa zaoberala marketingovou komunikáciou doplnenou o marketingový mix. V praktickej časti bakalárskej práce bolo cieľom analyzovať súčasný stav marketingovej komunikácie spoločnosti, ktorá nebola dostačujúco aktívna. Analýza prebehla na základe vybraných analýz a metód pomocou ktorých boli navrhnuté doporučenia na zlepšenie marketingovej komunikácie, aby spoločnosť prezentovala verejnosti svoje kvality, profesionálny prístup a dobré meno spoločnosti spolu s profesionálnymi pracovníkmi. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of marketing communication of the selected company, namely BLUNET NTS, a. s., based in Brno. Only the part in the B2C sector will be analyzed. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was to create a literature research that dealt with marketing communication supplemented with a marketing mix. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the aim was to analyze the current state of marketing communication of the company, which was not active enough. The analysis was based on the selected analyses and methods by which recommendations were proposed to improve marketing communication so that the company presents its qualities, professional approach, and reputation of the company to the public along with the professional staff. |
