Diplomová práce pojednává o návratu žen na trh práce po mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. V první části práce se zabýváme teoretickými pojmy, jako je mateřská a rodičovská dovolená, trh práce, návrat žen na trh práce a skloubení osobního a pracovního života. V praktické části je práce zaměřená na dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na ženy na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. Získaná data byla dále analyzována a získané výsledky byly dále interpretovány. Na závěr byla provedená komparace získaných dat s publikovaným článkem. |

The diploma thesis discusses the return of women to the labor market after maternity and parental leave. In the first part of the thesis, we deal with theoretical concepts such as maternity and parental leave, the labor market, the return of women to the labor market and the combination of personal and working life. In the practical part, the work is focused on a questionnaire survey focused on women on maternity and parental leave. The obtained data were further analyzed and the obtained results were further interpreted. At the end, the obtained data were compared with the published article. |
