Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány metody měření a řízení výkonnosti a základní požadavky na klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti. V praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost, která se specializuje na obrábění výkovků pro automobilový průmysl, zemědělskou techniku a hydrauliku. Ve společnosti je zpracována strategická analýza a analýza finanční výkonnosti pomocí klasických ukazatelů finanční analýzy i pokročilých metod hodnocení, kde je využito konceptu ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Výstupem práce je identifikace klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti včetně návrhu implementace. K tomu bylo využito konceptu Balanced Scorecard, jehož výhodou je, že přináší celostní pohled na výkonnost společnosti. |

The thesis deals with the identification of key performance indicators in a selected company. The theoretical part describes methods of measuring and managing performance, as well as basic requirements for key performance indicators. The practical part introduces the analysed company, which specializes in machining forgings for the automotive industry, agricultural machinery, and hydraulics. A strategic analysis and analysis of financial performance using traditional financial analysis and advanced evaluation methods, including the concept of economic value added, are carried out in the company. The outcome of the thesis is the identification of key performance indicators, including a proposal for implementation. The Balanced Scorecard concept was used for this purpose, as it provides more comprehensive view of company performance. |
