dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma "Projekt založení vlastního podnikatelského subjektu - podnikatelský plán" se zabývá problematikou podnikatelského plánu, analýzou podniku a řízení rizik, a to jak v části teoretické, tak i praktické. V teoretické části je zaměřena na přiblížení podnikání a jeho cílů, rozlišení podniků dle definovaných typologií, doporučených náležitostí podnikatelského plánu, mikro a makrookolí spadajícího do analýzy podniku a řízení rizik. V praktické části diplomová práce přibližuje současnou situaci uvedených faktorů na trhu hlavního města Prahy, kam podnik vstupuje a České republiky. Dále komentuje jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu včetně nezbytných činností k vytvoření nové provozovny a řešení případných rizik. V závěru je zhodnocen celý podnikatelský záměr a shrnuto doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis on the topic "Project of establishing own business entity - business plan" deals with the issues of business plan, business analysis and risk management, both in theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, it is focused on the approach of entrepreneurship and its objectives, differentiation of enterprises according to defined typologies, recommended elements of a business plan, micro and macro environment falling within the analysis of the enterprise and risk management. In the practical part, the thesis presents the current situation of these factors on the market of the capital city of Prague, where the enterprise enters and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it comments on the different parts of the business plan including the necessary activities to create a new establishment and to address potential risks. It concludes with an assessment of the overall business plan and summarises the recommendations.
