dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma "Návrh zlepšení hospodaření ve vybraných obcích Mikroregionu Nový Dvůr" se věnuje hospodaření obcí Mikroregionu Nový Dvůr v Jihomoravském kraji. Diplomová práce je tvořena celkem ze tří částí. První část práce se věnuje literární rešerši, která shrnuje důležité znalosti z oblasti fungování obcí a jejích orgánů a také jejího hospodaření. Dále je charakterizována oblast specifik účetnictví obcí a monitoring hospodaření obcí. V druhé části je realizována socioekonomická analýza Mikroregionu Nový Dvůr a jsou představeny jednotlivé obce. Po představení obcí následuje analýza hospodaření obcí za poslední tři roky. Poslední část se věnuje shrnutí provedené analýzy a doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření jednotlivých obcí. Poté je vypracován návrh na zlepšení hospodaření vybraných obcí a následná aplikace tohoto návrhu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis on "The Proposal to Improve Management in Selected Municipalities of the Nový Dvůr Microregion" focuses on the management of the municipalities of the Nový Dvůr Microregion in the South Moravian Region. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a literature search, which summarizes important knowledge about the functioning of the municipalities and their bodies as well as their management. Then the specifics of municipal accounting and monitoring of municipal management are characterized. In the second part, a socio-economic analysis of the Nový Dvůr Microregion is carried out and individual municipalities are presented. The presentation of the municipalities is followed by an analysis of the municipalities' management over the last three years. The last part summarizes the analysis and recommendations for improving the management of individual municipalities. Afterwards, a proposal for improving the management of the selected municipalities is developed and then applied.
