dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přírodní polymery a jejich aplikace v různých průmyslových odvětvích. Popsáno je využití přírodních polymerů v oblasti medicíny, zdravotnictví, potravinářském průmyslu a stěžejní část práce je věnována průmyslu kosmetickému. Jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé skupiny biopolymerů, současný stav výzkumu a jejich konkrétní aplikace. Taktéž je uvedena úloha biopolymerů v přírodě, globální produkce biopolymerů, vliv biopolymerů na lidské zdraví či nové trendy aplikačních možností biopolymerů.
