dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování neziskových organizací a crowdfundingu. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu neziskových organizací, jejich financování a crowdfundingu. V praktické části je představena nezisková organizace Iskérka o.p.s. Následuje analýza crowdfundingových portálů, jejímž výsledkem je výběr nejvhodnějšího z nich pro realizaci crowdfundingové kampaně. V závěru této práce je vytvořen návrh crowdfundingového projektu pro neziskovou organizaci Iskérka o.p.s., který je podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the financial issues of the non-profit organisations and crowdfunding. The theoretical part is focused on the topic of the non-profit organisations, their financing and crowdfunding. In the practical part, the non-profit organisation Iskérka o.p.s. is introduced. This is followed by the analysis of the crowdfunding portals. The result of this analysis is the selection of the most suitable portal for the crowdfunding campaign. The thesis concludes with the proposal of the crowdfunding project for the non-profit organisation Iskérka o.p.s that is subject to the cost, time and risk analysis.
