dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň poskytované ošetřovatelské péče v oblasti operační rány po břišních výkonech. Získání informací bylo prováděno technikou přímého strukturovaného pozorování, které bylo doplněno o analýzu dokumentů. Pro potřeby pozorování byl sestaven vlastní pozorovací arch obsahující 7 pozorovaných kategorií, které se zaměřují na ošetřovatelský postup péče o operační ránu. Pozorovací arch byl využit k prokontrolování plnění sesterských činností u 20 konkrétních pacientů, kteří podstoupili břišní operaci. Analýza dokumentů sloužila k doplnění celistvosti konkrétních pozorovaných oblastí. Výzkum byl prováděn ve dvou zdravotnických zařízeních. Ve zkoumaném vzorku bylo zastoupeno celkem 11 všeobecných sester a 2 praktické sestry. V návaznosti na výsledky výzkumu bylo vytvořeno doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to determine the level of nursing care provided in the field of surgical wounds after abdominal procedures. The acquisition of information was carried out using the technique of direct structured observation supplemented by document analysis. For the needs of observation, an own observation sheet was compiled containing 7 observed categories, which focus on the nursing process of surgical wound care. The observation sheet was used to check the performance of nursing activities in 20 specific patients who underwent abdominal surgery. The analysis of the documents served to complement the integrity of the species' observed areas. The research was conducted in two medical facilities. A total of 11 general nurses and 2 practical nurses were represented in the examined sample. Based on the research results, a recommendation for practice was created.
