dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o dětské kadaverózní dárce orgánů poskytované vybranými skupinami zdravotníků v intenzivistickém prostředí. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny informace o problematice transplantologie a dárcovství orgánů, klasifikace dárců orgánů, klinické příznaky, diagnostika, patofyziologické změny provázející smrt mozku a zásady ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvantitativního výzkumného šetření s využitím techniky dotazníku. Jejím výstupem je přehled o znalostech vybraných skupin NLZP v oblasti dárcovství orgánů a ošetřovatelské péče o potenciální dárce. Součástí práce je návrh výukového materiálu sestavený na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with nursing care of pediatric cadaveric organ donors provided by selected groups of healthcare professionals in intensivistic environment. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about the issue of transplantology and organ donation, classification of organ donors, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, pathophysiological changes following the death of a brain and principles of nursing care. The practical part was realized in the form of quantitative research using the method of a questionnaire. Its output is an overview of the knowledge of selected groups of non-medical healthcare professionals in the field of organ donation and nursing care of potential donors. Based on the results of the research, teaching material was composed and is attached as a part of the thesis.
