dc.description.abstract	Vzhledem ke stárnutí populace, její polymorbiditě a dalším aspektům, se počet pacientů s nehojícími se ranami v České republice zvyšuje. Péče o rány se proto přesouvá ze zdravotnictví do domácí péče. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá charakteristikou domácí péče a nehojících se ran. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují při převazech nehojících se ran v domácí péči. Sběr dat v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu je proveden technikou rozhovoru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Due to the aging of the population, polymorbidity and other aspects, the number of patients with non-healing wounds is increasing in the Czech Republic. Wound care is shifting from health care is thus providesrs to home care. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and research. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of home care and non-healingwounds. The research part focuses on the identification of factors which are influencing the dressing of non-healing wounds in home care. The practical part of the thesis is carried out as semistructured interview with participants.
