Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt rozvoje oddělení klinické biochemie a farmakologie Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně sestávající z vybudování metabolické ambulance jako součásti oddělení. Teoretická část práce popisuje zdravotnictví v České republice, způsoby financování, zdravotnictví jako veřejnou službu, poznatky a koncepci oboru klinické biochemie. Taktéž se teoretická část práce zabývá marketingem ve zdravotnictví zahrnujícím analytické metody k hodnocení makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí. Praktická část práce zahrnuje PEST analýzu, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzu k analýze prostředí. Následně je vytvořen projekt vybudování metabolické ambulance, který je podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a development project for the department of clinical biochemistry and pharmacology of the Tomáš Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín, consisting of building a metabolic outpatient clinic as part of the department. The theoretical part of the work describes healthcare in the Czech Republic, methods of financing, healthcare as a public service, findings and the concept of the field of clinical biochemistry. Also, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with marketing in healthcare, including analytical methods for evaluating the macro-environment, meso-environment and micro-environment. The practical part of the work includes PEST analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis to analyze the environment. Subsequently, a project to build a metabolic ambulance is created, which is subjected to a time, cost and risk analysis. |
