dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována tématice podnikání v rehabilitačním oboru ergoterapie, konkrétně založení soukromé ergoterapeutické praxe ve Zlíně. Teoretická část popisuje samotný obor ergoterapie, zabývá se teoretickými poznatky v oblasti podnikání včetně problematiky marketingu a legislativních podmínek nezbytných pro zahájení podnikatelské činnosti. V praktické části je rozebrána analýza trhu a odvětví. Hlavní náplní a cílem této práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu a zhodnocení jeho implementace do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is dedicated to the topic of business in the rehabilitation field of occupational therapy, specifically the establishment of a private occupational therapy practice in Zlín. The theoretical part describes the field of occupational therapy itself, deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of business, including the issue of marketing and legislative conditions necessary for starting a business. In the practical part, market and industry analysis is discussed. The main content and goal of this work is the creation of a business plan and evaluation of its implementation in practice.
