Diplomová práca "Hodnotenie štatistickej kvality zavedenia prototypovej výroby tesnenia do praxe" sa zaoberá problematikou funkčných charakteristík, narážacích a zádržných síl automobilového tesnenia vedenia skla. Vzorky extrudovaných EPDM profilov, z ktorých tesnenie pozostáva, boli premerané danou technikou podľa normy PV3365. Cieľom práce bolo štatistické spracovanie dát a vytvorenie vizualizačných nástrojov pre priebeh narážacích a zádržných síl tesnenia v čase. |

The master thesis "Evaluation of the Statistical Quality of the Introduction of Prototype Production of the Seals into Practise" focus on the issue of functional characteristics, insertion and extraction forces of automotive glass run channel seal. The test speciments of extruded EPDM profiles were measured according standard PV3365. The obtained measured data were statistically evaluated. The objective of the thesis is to develope the statistical and visualization tool for time series plot of insertion and extraction forces of EPDM profiles. |
