dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce má za cíl vytvořit projekt založení nové ortoptické ambulance. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky z oblasti podnikání, specifik podnikání ve zdravotnictví, právní formy podnikání a popisuje obor ortoptiku. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury, která je zaměřena na daná témata. Praktická část je rozdělena na části analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části jsou provedeny analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Druhá část praktické části zahrnuje projekt založení ortoptické ambulance. Na závěr práce je vytvořena analýza nákladová, příjmová a analýza rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis aims to create a project for the establishment of a new orthoptic clinic. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes knowledge from the field of business, specifics of business in healthcare, legal forms of business and describes the field of orthoptics. The theoretical part is based on professional literature, which is focused on the given topics. The practical part is divided into an analytical and a project part. In the analytical part, analyzes of the internal and external environment are carried out. The second part of the practical part contains a project for the establishment of an orthoptic clinic. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on the analysis of costs, revenues and risks.
