dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozšíření služeb Domova pro seniory Uničov, s.r.o. a cílem bylo vytvořit projektové řešení rozšíření služeb zaměřených na cílovou skupinu seniorů. Nejdříve byla zpracována literární rešerše obsahující teoretické poznatky vztahující se k sociálním službám, sociální péči a marketingu v sociálních službách. Následně byla provedena analýza současného stavu služeb v daném zařízení a také analýza vybraných společností poskytujících služby pro seniory. Důležitou součástí analytické části byl primární výzkum - dotazníkové šetření. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že senioři ve městě Uničov a okolí mají zájem o nové služby. Hlavním výsledkem práce je navržení projektu na rozšíření služeb Domova pro seniory Uničov o čtyři nové služby. Projekt byl podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on expanding the services of the Old People's Home Uničov, s.r.o. and the goal was to create a project solution for the expansion of services aimed at the target group of senior citizens. First, a literature research containing theoretical knowledge related to social services, social care and marketing in social services was processed. Subsequently, an analysis of the current state of services in the given facility was carried out, as well as an analysis of selected companies providing services for the elderly. An important part of the analytical part was primary research - a questionnaire survey. The conducted research revealed that seniors in the city of Uničov and the surrounding area are interested in new services. The main result of the work is the design of a project to expand the services of the Old People's Home Uničov by four new services. The project was subjected to a cost, time and risk analysis.
