dc.description.abstract	Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou manažmentu riadenia podnikateľských rizík v malom a strednom podniku. Jej cieľom bolo posúdenie podnikateľských rizík a následné zaobchádzanie a monitorovanie rizík. V teoretickej časti je spracované literárne rešerš o riešenej problematike. V praktickej časti sa práca venuje charakteristike skúmanej spoločnosti, identifikácií potenciálnych podnikateľských rizík a ich následnej analýze a hodnoteniu. V poslednej kapitole sú na základe prevedeného posúdenia rizík vytvorené návrhy opatrení na ošetrenie neakceptovateľných identifikovaných rizík a ich monitorovanie podnikom.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented final thesis is focused on the issue of business risk management in small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the work is the assessment of business risks and the subsequent handling and monitoring of risks. In the theoretical part, a literary research on the solved issue is processed. In the practical part, the work is devoted to the characteristics of the company being examined, the identification of potential business risks and their subsequent analysis and evaluation. In the last chapter, on the basis of the performed risk assessment, proposals for measures for the treatment of unacceptable identified risks and their monitoring by the company are created.
