dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá digitalizací a školením v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti Trelleborg Wheel Systems Czech Republic a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s danou problematikou, stručná historie bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, výčet základních právních předpisů k danému tématu a dále digitalizace a školení pomocí virtuální reality. Praktická část práce je pak zaměřena na zmapování současného stavu školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v dané společnosti pomocí SWOT analýzy. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy je vytvořen návrh na vybudování virtuální místnosti pro účely zkvalitnění školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti Trelleborg Wheel Systems Czech Republic a.s.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with digitization and training in the field of safety and health protection at company Trelleborg Wheel Systems Czech Republic a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts related to the given issue are defined, a brief history of safety and health protection at work, a list of basic legal regulations on the given topic, and digitalization and training using virtual reality are defined. The practical part of the thesis is focused on mapping the current state of occupational health and safety training in the given company using a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, a proposal is made to build a virtual room for the purpose of improving the quality of occupational health and safety training at Trelleborg Wheel Systems Czech Republic a.s.
