Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu systému řízení nákladů dle odpovědnosti ve firmě VPO PLAST, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na provedení literární rešerše informačních zdrojů z oblasti manažerského účet-nictví, nákladů, odpovědnostního účetnictví, rozpočetnictví a pojmu organizace. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu řízení nákladů ve firmě. Díky tomu je dále zpracován projekt systému řízení nákladů dle odpovědnosti. Je zde uvedeno i zhodnocení navrženého projektového řešení a efektivnost nákladů jednotlivých středisek. |

The aim of my diploma thesis is to do project of the responsibility based cost management system in the company VPO PLAST, s.r.o. My diploma thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretic part and the practical part. The theoretic part includes a literary description of the management accounting, costs, re-sponsibility accounting, budgeting and organization. In the practical part is analysis present system of the based cost in the company. For this reason is worked project of the responsibility based cost management system. At the end of this diploma thesis is specified the project effectivity and costs effectivity in the company centre. |
