Práce se zabývá problémem migrace, právním rámcem pobytu cizinců, azylu a legislativním změnám v souvislosti se vstupem ČR do Schengenského prostoru. Dále pak sociální prací jako společenskovědní disciplínou a praktickou činností a jejími specifiky při práci s uprchlíky s užitím poznatků interkulturní psychologie. Průzkum sociální práce v azylových zařízeních zachycuje současnou praxi a snaží se odpovědět na základní otázky o její náplni a povaze. Závěrem uvádím příklad alternativního přístupu v Integračním domě ve Vídni. |

The graduation these is engaged in the problem of migration, legal framework of residence of foreigners, asylum and in the legislative ganges in connection with the entry of the Czech republic in the Schengen territory. Also is engaged in the social-work as a socioscientific discipline and a practical activity and her specificities by working with refugees with application of knowledge in intercultural psychology. Social-work research in refugee facilities takes a portrait of present praxis and tries to answer basic questions about its contents and charakter. In conclusion is an example of alternative approach in Integration house in Vienna. |
