dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o ochraně zdraví při práci ve vybrané společnosti zaměřené na kovárenský provoz. Definuje požadavky, které jsou v oblasti ochrany zdraví při práci stanovené, a analyzuje současný stav. V rámci vypracování teoretické části byly díky tematickému shromažďování informací definovány požadavky a jejich právní na oblast ochrany zdraví při práci. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav pomocí checklistu, pozorování a dotazování pracovníků vybrané společnosti. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navrhnuta opatření sloužící ke zvýšení úrovně ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybrané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deal with health protection in a selected company focused on metalworking operations. It defines the requirements that are set in the field of occupational health protection and analyses the current situation. Within the elaboration of the theoretical part, the requirements and their legal anchorage on occupational health protection were defined through thematic information gathering. In the practical part, the current situation is analyzed by means of a checklist, observation and interviewing the employees of the selected company. Based on the results of the analysis, measures are proposed to increase the level of occupational health protection in the selected company.
