dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o civilní ochraně a humanitární pomoci v Ostravě. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu civilní ochrany a humanitární pomoci ve vybrané obci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá obecnou problematikou civilní ochrany a humanitární pomoci. Praktická část byla zaměřena na Ostravu, která je obcí s rozšířenou působností. Byly provedeny výzkumné metody dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaného rozhovoru, na získané podklady byla následně aplikována metoda SWOT analýzy. Závěr práce navrhuje případné změny a opatření pro zlepšení informovanosti obyvatelstva.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on civil protection and humanitarian aid in Ostrava. The aim of this thesis is to analyse civil protection and humanitarian aid in a selected municipality. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with general issues of civil protection and humanitarian aid. The practical part focuses on Ostrava, which is a municipality with extended competence. The research methods of questionnaire survey and structured interview were carried out, and the SWOT analysis method was subsequently applied to the obtained data. The conclusion of the thesis suggests possible changes and measures to improve the awareness of the population.
