dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní legislativou na úseku zbraní a střeliva, kterou se řídí státy České a Slovenské republiky. Práce definuje základní pojmy v této problematice a uceluje právní legislativu po roce 1989 do současnosti. V rámci práce pohlížíme na současnou problematiku ve vztahu držení, nošení a použití zbraní v civilním a služebním sektoru ozbrojených sborů. Práce má stanovený cíl v určení podobnosti a odlišnosti, vymezit jednotlivá specifika zákonů a navrhnout možná doporučení k dalšímu vývoji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the legal legislation in the field of weapons and ammunition, which is governed by the Czech and Slovak Republics. The thesis defines the basic concepts in this issue and completes the legal legislation after 1989 to the present. The thesis looks at the current issues in relation to the possession, carrying and use of weapons in the civilian and service sectors of the armed forces. The thesis has a stated aim in identifying similarities and differences, defining the various specifics of the laws and suggesting possible recommendations for further development.
