dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdušný prostor České republiky a ochranu obyvatelstva. Je rozvržena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je vypracována na základě literární rešerše bezpečnostní strategie České republiky, vojenské strategie, ozbrojených sil a vzdušné síly České republiky a radiolokační techniky. V praktické části je zpracována ochrana civilního obyvatelstva, možnosti ochrany civilního obyvatelstva před možným vzdušným útokem. Následně je uvedeno osobní sdělení odborníků, kteří se zabývají ochranou vzdušného prostoru a kteří vyhodnocují ochranu obyvatelstva před možným napadením. V závěru práce je vypracován návrh improvizovaného úkrytu, který slouží jako návod pro pomoc při mimořádných událostech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work deals with the air space of the Czech Republic and protection of its inhabitants. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The teoretical part is worked out based on the literary recherche of safety strategy of the Czech republic, military strategy of armed forces, air forces of the Czech republic and radiolocation technique. The practical part deals with the protection of civilians, the possibilities of protection of civilians against the air attack. Further the personal proclamation of expects, who deal with the air space, is processed and it evaluates the protection of civilians aganist a possible attack. At the end of this work there you can find the proposal of improvised shelter, which works as instructions for help during special events.
