dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na bezpečnostní sbor Policie České republiky a rizika při výkonu služby na obvodním oddělení Policie České republiky. Teoretická část je věnována struktuře a postavení bezpečnostního sboru, legislativě a úkonům, které je policista oprávněn provést. V praktické části diplomové práce byla prostřednictvím vhodných metod zjištěna patřičná míra rizika při výkonu služby na obvodním oddělení Policie České republiky. Výstupem diplomové práce je vytvoření jednoduchého a účinného postupu, který eliminuje vznik rizik při běžné silniční kontrole.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the security force of the Police of the Czech Republic and possible risks which might be encountered during a service at the district department. The theoretical part is devoted to the chain of command, the role of the security force, legislature and procedures that the police are authorized to follow on duty. Risk assessment of service at the distict department has been analysed in the practical section. To achieve this, appropriate methods have been used. The output of the thesis is an effective and straightforward manual which elliminates risk occurance during regular roadside checks.
