dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zacílena do oblasti kapacitní krize ve vybrané zdravotnické organizaci. Teoretická východiska jsou zpracována k pojmům zdravotnictví a kapacitní krizi. V úvodu analytické části je představeno vybrané zdravotnické zařízení a je popsán současný stav zkoumané problematiky, za pomoci vybraných metod analýzy rizik. Technikami sběru dat byly rozhovory a celorepublikové dotazníkové šetření. Mezi použité metody patří ISHIKAWA diagram a matice rizik. Analytická část sloužila jako základ pro stanovení aplikační části, ve které je představen návrh stabilizačního plánu personálu ve vybrané organizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is aimed at the area of capacity crisis in a selected healthcare organization. Theoretical starting points are elaborated on the concepts of healthcare, and capacity crisis. In the beginning of the analytical part, a selected medical facility is presented and the current state of the investigated issue is described, with the help of selected methods of risk analysis. Data collection techniques were interviews and nationwide questionnaire survey. Among the methods used are the ISHIKAWA diagram and the risk matrix. The analytical part served as a basis for determining the application part, in which the draft of the staff stabilization plan in the selected organization is presented.
