Nemocniční prostředí je jedním z nejrizikovějších pro vznik a šíření závažných infekčních onemocnění, jako jsou infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí (dříve nozokomiální nákazy) nebo onemocnění COVID-19, chřipka, žloutenka apod. Pro předejití vzniku a šíření výše zmíněných onemocnění jsou v nemocnicích používány osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky (OOPP), které společné s péčí zdravotnického personálu pomáhají snižovat počet výskytu infekčních onemocnění. Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou osob pohybujících se v nemocnicích před nebezpečnými infekcemi, které potencionálně ohrožují život a zdraví osob. V první dílčí části práce autorka předkládá teoretické poznatky získané z odborných knih, časopisů, článků a právních norem zabývajících se infekcemi spojenými se zdravotní péčí a osobními ochrannými pomůckami. Druhá část se zabývá praktickým zpracováním analýzy dokumentů a ochrany osob před závažnými nemocemi ve vybrané nemocnici, je zde popsána analýza současného stavu ochrany osob ve vybrané nemocnici, současný stav dostupných osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků (OOPP) a statistické zpracování výskytu infekcí spojených se zdravotní péčí ve vybrané nemocnici. Součástí výstupu diplomové práce je zpracována metodika a brožura pro příbuzné pacientů, která podrobně popisuje nutnost používání OOPP návštěvami pacientů. |

The hospital environment is one of the most risky for the emergence and spread of serious infectious diseases such as healthcare associated infections (formerly nosocomial infections) or COVID-19, influenza, hepatitis, etc. In order to prevent the emergence and spread of the above mentioned diseases, personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in hospitals, which, together with the care of healthcare personnel, helps to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases. The present thesis deals with the protection of persons moving in hospitals from dangerous infections that potentially threaten the life and health of persons. In the first sub-part, the thesis presents theoretical knowledge obtained from professional books, journals, articles and legal standards dealing with healthcare associated infections and personal protective equipment. The second part deals with the practical processing of document analysis and protection of persons from serious diseases in the selected hospital, it describes the analysis of the current status of protection of persons in the selected hospital, the current status of available personal protective equipment (PPE) and statistical processing of the incidence of healthcare associated infections in the selected hospital. The output of the thesis includes the development of a methodology and a brochure for relatives of patients detailing the need for the use of PPE by visiting patients. |
