Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem profesních hranic ve vztahu vychovatele dětského domova a klienta. Výzkumná pozornost je tedy zaměřena na vychovatele z dětského domova. Mezi vychovateli je zastoupeno jak ženské, tak mužské pohlaví. Délka praxe vychovatelů se pohybuje od tří let až po dvaadvacet let. Tato explorativní studie si stanovuje za cíl zaměřit výzkumnou pozornost na zkušenosti vychovatelů z dětských domovů s nastavováním profesních hranic ve vztazích se svými klienty. Sběr dat je uplatňován polostrukturovanými rozhovory se třemi vychovatelkami a jedním vychovatelem. Analýza dat je poté prováděna kvalitativní perspektivou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Výsledkem analýzy je pět kategorií témat "Vztah vychovatele a dětského klienta", "Aspekty ovlivňující vztah s dětským klientem ze strany vychovatele", "Aspekty narušující vztah s dětským klientem ze strany dětského klienta", "Následky narušení vztahu mezi vychovatelem a dětským klientem" a "Duševní hygiena a motivace vychovatelů". Tato témata obsahují třináct podtémat. Výsledky dat jsou v části "Diskuse" porovnávány s dosavadními vědeckými poznatky. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of professional boundaries in the relationship between the educator of the children's home and the client. Thus, the research focus is on the orphanage educator. Both female and male gender is represented among the educators. The length of experience of the educators ranges from three years to twenty-two years. This exploratory study sets out to focus research attention on the experiences of orphanage educators in setting professional boundaries in their relationships with their clients. Data collection is applied through semi-structured interviews with three governesses and one tutor. Data analysis is then conducted using a qualitative perspective of interpretative phenomenological analysis. The analysis results in five categories of themes "Relationship between the educator and the child client", "Aspects influencing the relationship with the child client by the educator", "Aspects disrupting the relationship with the child client by the child client", "Consequences of disrupting the relationship between the educator and the child client" and "Mental hygiene and motivation of educators". These themes include thirteen sub-themes. In the "Discussion" section, the results of the data are compared with existing scientific findings. |
