dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu adaptace dětí cizinců na MŠ pohledem učitelek MŠ. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se blíže věnujeme migraci a možnostem legálního pobytu na území ČR, vzdělávání dětí v MŠ, vývoji dítěte předškolního věku z psychologického hlediska a dále samotnému procesu adaptace na MŠ, jeho fázím a specifikům. V praktické části byl realizován kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na průběh a specifika procesu adaptace dětí cizinců, a to skrze pohled učitelek. Výstupem výzkumného šetření je zakotvená teorie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is devoted into the adaptation of foreigners´ children at kindergarten from teachers´s point of view. I devided the theses into two main parts: teoretical and practical one. The teoretical deals with migration and possibilities of legal stay of foreigners on the Czech state territory, education of children in kindergarten and about development of pre-school age from psychological aspect. After that also especially discusses the process of adaptation, phases and specifics of adaptation. The qualitative research devoted to progress and specifics of children´s adaptation process was realised in practical part of theses with teachers´s point of view. The output of research is the theory establishment.
