dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je na základě teoretických poznatků vypracovat projekt na zlepšení motivace pracovníků. Východiskem pro vypracování projektu je zmapování literárních pramenů v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů se zaměřením na pracovní motivaci a stimulaci. V praktické části jsou zkoumány spokojenost a motivační pohnutky zaměstnanců firmy prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Klíčovou částí této práce je navrhnout konkrétní opatření a změny vedoucí ke zvýšení pracovní motivace zaměstnanců a zavedení takových opatření, která by měla dlouhodobý pozitivní efekt.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to dispose a project improving the motivation of employees on the basis of theoretical knowledge. The basis for the project elaboration is to explorate literary resources focused on human resource management, problems of motivation and stimulation area. In the next part of the thesis is to analyze the motivation of employees and their contentment through the questionnaire research. The key part of the thesis is to suggest suitable steps and changes which would increase the motivation of employees, and simultaneously have a positive long term effect.	en
