Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu společnosti XY, s.r.o., kterým je výstavba fóliového skleníku pro celoroční pěstování jahod. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou investic, včetně členění a fází investičních projektů, metodám hodnocení investic, zdrojů financování investic, rizikům plynoucí z investice a finanční analýze. Praktická část představuje společnost a je provedena analýza její stávající finanční situace. Dále je charakterizován investiční projekt, možnosti jeho financování, stanovení peněžních příjmů a kapitálových výdajů. Závěr práce tvoří celkové shrnutí výsledků a mé doporučení pro společnost. Přínosem této práce je vypracování investičního projektu a zhodnocení jeho efektivnosti. |

The Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic efficiency of on the investment project of the company XY, s.r.o. The project is the construction of a foil greenhouse for year-round strawberry cultivation. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with investment issues, including the division and phases the investment project, methods of investment evaluation, sources of investment financing, risks connected with the investment and financial analysis. The practical part introduces the company and analyses its current financial situation. Furthermore, the investment project, its financing options, determination of cash receipts and capital expenditures are characterized. The thesis concludes with an overall summary of the results and recommendations for the company. The contribution of this work is the elaboration of the investment project and the evaluation of its effectiveness. |
