dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vychystávání zboží k odeslání ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši související s danou problematikou. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní sklad vybrané společnosti a zabývá se efektivností vychystávacího procesu v rámci nárůstu objemu zakázek, odhalení úzkého místa v procesu a návrhu na řešení.
