dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ochrany vodohospodářské infrastruktury před možným teroristickým útokem. Je zvolena lokalita Jižní Morava, přesněji část území, kde působí Vodovody a Kanalizace Hodonín akciová společnost, a státní podnik Povodí Moravy. Diplomová práce je poté strukturována na základní teoretickou část, která je vyhrazena terminologii potřebné pro danou problematiku, pojednává o oblasti vodohospodářské infrastruktury, plynule navazuje kybernetická bezpečnost, kde následuje legislativa pro oblast vodního hospodářství a ochrany vydaná Evropskou unií nebo Českou republikou. Následují obsáhlejší části v podobě terorismu, a oblast určená pro technickou a mechanickou ochranu objektů. Poslední část teorie je vyhrazena cílům a metodice práce. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis současného stavu v oblasti ochrany vodohospodářské infrastruktury v návaznosti na možný teroristický útok. Uvádí zde informace vztažené pro řešenou oblast a její části. Navazuje zpracování analýzy a slovního popisu zjištěného stavu z pohledu nedostatků. Aplikační část je již vyhrazena pouze pro plán v podobě rizikových oblastí a případných návrhů pro zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the protection of water management infrastructure through a possible terrorist attack. The location of South Moravia is chosen, more precisely the part of the territory where the Vodovody a Kanalizace Hodonín joint-stock company and the state enterprise Povodí Moravy operate. The diploma thesis is then structured into a basic theoretical part, which is reserved for the terminology needed for the given issue, discusses the area of water management infrastructure, followed smoothly by cyber security, followed by legislation for the area of water management and protection issued by the European Union or the Czech Republic. This is followed by more extensive sections in the form of terrorism and an area designated for technical and mechanical protection of objects. The last part of the theory is reserved for the objectives and methodology of the work. The practical part focuses on the description of the current situation in the field of water management infrastructure protection following a possible terrorist attack. It provides information related to the addressed area and its parts. It follows the processing of the analysis and verbal description of the detected condition from the point of view of shortcomings. The application part is already reserved only for the plan in the form of risk areas and possible proposals for improving the current state.
