Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Chytrá komunikace v ochraně obyvatelstva z pohledu obce" se zabývá možnými způsoby komunikace použitelnými s využitím nových moderních technologií. První teoretická část práce řeší obecné základy problematiky v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva včetně výčtu nejdůležitějších právních norem. Popisuje využívané novodobé komunikační metody. Praktická část práce charakterizuje zvolenou obec Mostkovice a její metody komunikace a možné způsoby varování vlastního obyvatelstva. V závěru je pro obec Mostkovice navržena nová alternativní metoda komunikace, která vhodně doplní stávající v obci již zavedené způsoby komunikace. |

This diploma thesis named " Smart communication in the protection of the population from the perspective of the municipality" deals with possible means of communication using new modern technologies. The first, theory part of the dissertation, focuses on general basics in the citizenship protection area including a list of the most significant legal norms. It describes modern communication methods that are currently used. The practical part of this dissertation identifies a chosen municipality and its communication methods including the alternatives of modern communication means designed for informing and alerting its citizens. Finally, an inovative communication method is tailored for the Mostkovice municipality that would accurately complete the existing means of communication. |
