dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma Připravenost složek integrovaného záchranného systému na mimořádné události s velkým počtem raněných a obětí v České republice je převážně za-měřena na prvotní činnost zasahujících jednotek na místě mimořádné události. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na vymezení problematiky integrovaného záchranného systému s přihlédnutím na mimořádnou událost s hromadným postižením osob. K tomu účelu jsou nejprve rozebírány charakteristiky mimořádné události, s tím spjaté postupy krizového řízení a dále je věnována pozornost struktuře IZS a kontextu interdisciplinární-ho oboru medicíny katastrof. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření a polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů zjištěn současný stav připravenosti integrovaného záchranné-ho systému na mimořádné události s velkým počtem raněných a obětí v České republice. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou za pomocí Check-listu, matice rizik a metody What-if určena možná rizika a následně ustanovena opatření pro jejich odstranění, při-čemž je vyhodnocen také přínos těchto opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis on the topic of the Readinees of the components of the integrated rescue system for emergencies with big number of wounded and victimes in Czech Repub-lic is mostly focused on the prime activities of intercening units at the place of emer-gency. In the theoretical part is put emphasis on defining the problematics of integrated rescue system with taking into account on emergency with large number of victims. For this purpose are on the first place analyzed the characterisics of emergency, with it con-nected progresses of crisis management and then the attention is paid to the structure of integrated rescue sytem and the context of the interdisciplinary field of medicine of cata-strophes. In the practical part, with the help of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, are found the current state of preparedness of integrated system for emergen-cies with large number of wounded and victims in Czech Republic. On the base of gathe-red informations, by using Check-list, the risk matrix and the What-if method, the pos-sible risk is established, as well as measures for the clearing and subsequently the bene-fits are evelute.
