Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavedení nástrojů Human Resources Controllingu ve vybrané společnosti. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první části je objasněna problematika z oblasti controllingu, řízení lidských zdrojů a Human Resources Controllingu. V praktické části je nejprve analyzováno vnitřní a vnější prostředí společnosti, a poté je provedena analýza současného stavu controllingu a analýza řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku. Na základě získaných teoretických poznatků a zjištěných nedostatků z analytické části jsou navrženy nástroje Human Resources Controllingu na zefektivnění personálního řízení. Závěrečná část je podrobena časové analýze a zhodnocení nákladů, přínosů a rizik. |

The thesis is focused on the implementation of Human Resources Controlling tools in the selected company. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part clarifies the issue in the field of controlling, human resources management and Human Resources Controlling. In the practical part is first analyzed the internal and external environment of the company, and then is performed an analysis of the current state of controlling and analysis of human resources management in the company. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge and identified weaknesses from the analytical part, Human Resources Controlling tools are designed to streamline personnel management. The final part is subjected to time analysis and evaluation of costs, benefits and risks. |
