Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu systému tvorby cen u nových výrobků ve vybrané firmě. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří literární rešerše z oblasti nákladů, kalkulací a tvorby cen. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části, a to analytickou a projektovou. V rámci analýzy bylo provedeno zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů a kalkulačního systému. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byl navržen projekt tvorby kalkulace vybraného nového produktu pomocí metody Activity Based Costing. V závěru práce byl projekt zhodnocen z hlediska ekonomického, rizikového a časového. |

The aim of the diploma thesis is to apply a system project for creating the price for new products in the selected company. Diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of literature review in the field of costs, calculations and pricing. The practical part is divided into two parts, analytical and project. As part of the analytical section, an evaluation of the current state of cost management and calculation system has been performed. Based on the identified shortcomings, a project was proposed to adjust the calculation of the selected product using Activity Based Costing method. Finally, the project was evaluated from economic, risk and time perspective. |
