dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou interakčního stylu učitelů na 1. stupni základní školy. Cílem bylo identifikovat interakční styl učitelů 1. stupně základní školy a porovnat ho s pohledem žáků jednotlivých učitelů. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení klíčových pojmů souvisejících s interakčním stylem. V praktické části jsem se zabývala vyhodnocením dat, kdy byl využit dotazník QTI. Do výzkumu se zapojilo 198 respondentů - 188 žáků a 10 učitelek. Výsledky ukazují interakční styl organizátor a pomáhající jako typické pro učitelky na 1. stupni základní školy. Rozdíly a určení interakčního stylu dané učitelky jsou identifikovatelné pouze při jednotlivých interpretacích každé učitelky a jejich žáků zvlášť.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the analysis of the interaction style of teachers at the first level of primary school. The aim was to identify the interaction style of primary school level 1 teachers and compare it with the students' perspective of each teacher. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of key concepts related to interaction style. The practical part dealt with the data analysis where the QTI questionnaire was used. The research involved 198 respondents - 188 pupils and 10 teachers. The results show the interaction styles of organizer and helper as typical of female primary school teachers. Differences and identification of a given teacher's interaction style are only identifiable in the individual interpretations of each teacher and their pupils separately.
