dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá navržením a zpracováním projektu zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě Kayaku Safety Systems Europe a. s. Zaměřuje se na řízení lidských zdrojů, spokojenost, motivaci, ohodnocení a japonský styl řízení. V práci je analyzována spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě a podle získaných výsledků je navrženo nejlepší řešení. Jako hlavní metoda je použito dotazníkové šetření z kterého vycházejí další analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of the project to increase employee satisfaction in the company named Kayaku Safety Systems Europe a. s. It is concentrated on human resources, satisfaction, motivation, remuneration and japanese-style management. In the thesis is analyzed satisfaction of employees in the selected company and according to gained results is suggested the best solution. The questionnaire survey was selected as a main method and of it is coming out others analyses.
