dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se věnuje dopadům války v Kongu mezi lety 1998 až 2003 na krajinu a životní prostředí. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny a definovány vstupní aspekty řešené problematiky, tj. krajina, životní prostředí, Demokratická republika Kongo, příčiny války a samotný průběh války. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části a východisek z bakalářské práce jsou identifikovány a popsány dopady a následky války na krajinu a životní prostředí. V další části je pak provedena kvantitativní analýza změn krajinného pokryvu ve vybraných oblastech během války a následné zhodnocení vývoje krajiny do roku 2020 a tvorba možného scénáře (scénářů) vývoje krajiny v budoucnu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the effects of the war in the Congo from 1998 to 2003 on the landscape and the environment. In the theoretical part of the thesis are presents and defines the input aspects of the issues addressed, i.e., the landscape, the environment, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the causes of the war and the course of the war itself. Based on the knowledge from the theoretical part and the basis of the bachelor's thesis are dentified and diescribed the impacts and consequence of the war on the landscape and the environment. In the next part is performed quantitative analysis of changes in land cover in selected areas during war and the subsequent evaluation of landscape development until 2020 and the creation of a possible scenario (s) of landscape development in the future.
