Bakalářská práce se zabývá indikacemi a frekvencí císařského řezu v posledních pěti letech (2017-2021). Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána historie císařského řezu, metody jeho provedení, anestezie a komplikace, které mohou nastat u této porodnické operace. Důležitou součástí teoretické části je také kapitola, která se zabývá rolí porodní asistentky v péči o ženu před a po provedení císařského řezu. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou zdravotnické dokumentace, přičemž jejím hlavním cílem bylo posoudit, zda za posledních 5 let došlo k poklesu frekvence císařských řezů. |

The Bachelor Thesis deals with indications and frequency of caesarean section in the last five years (2017-2021). The work is divided into two parts a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the history of caesarena section, methods of its implementation, anesthesia and complications that may occur in this obstetric operation. An important part of the theoretical part is a charter about role of midewifes in caring for a woman before and after a caesarean section. The practical part deals with the analysis of medici documentation, while its main goal was to assess whether the frequency of caesarean sections has decreased over the last 5 years. |
