dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění procesů interní logistiky ve vybrané společnosti, která se zabývá výrobou regranulátu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je zpracována dostupná literatura týkající se interní logistiky. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, důkladnou analýzu všech procesů interní logistiky, jako je manipulace s materiálem, skladování i samotná výroba regranulátu. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz jsou vyhodnoceny. Výstupy analýz pak slouží jako podklad pro vypracování samotného projektu. Cílem projektu je snížení vzdáleností materiálového toku PPC 15, určeného pro regranulaci o 15 % na výrobní lince D. Pro řešení této problematiky jsou použity metody průmyslového inženýrství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the efficiency of internal logistics processes in the chosen company which produces regranulate. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the available literature related to internal logistics is reviewed. The practical part contains basic information about the company, a thorough analysis of all internal logistics processes such as material handling, storage and the production of regranulate. The results of the individual analyses are evaluated. The results of the analyses are used as a basis for the development of the project itself. The aim of the project is to reduce the material flow distances of PPC 15 for regranulation by 15 % on production line D. Industrial engineering methods are used to solve this problem.
