Cílem této bakalářská práce je analýza povinností mzdové účetní ve vybrané akciové společnosti a následné doporučení pro zlepšení efektivity její práce. V její první části je provedena literární rešerše, která obsahuje poznatky vázající se k dané problematice. V druhé části byla vytvořena analýza společnosti a analýza povinností mzdové účetní, při které bylo využito literární rešerše z první části bakalářské práce. Dále byla uvedena doporučení, která zahrnují finanční a nákladové dopady pro společnost. První z doporučení, uzavírání smluv na dobu neurčitou, se zprvu jevilo jako beznákladové, ovšem nese s sebou určitá rizika. Při případné restrukturalizaci ve společnosti by vznikly náklady v podobě odstupného. Doporučení zahrnuje modelové příklady restrukturalizací s vyčíslením odstupného. Druhé doporučení, optimalizace softwaru, obsahuje dvě varianty. V první variantě, koupě nového softwaru, byl uskutečněn průzkum dodavatelů a jejich cen. V druhé variantě byla zjištěna možnost optimalizace stávajícího programu a její cena. Hlavním výsledkem práce je doporučení, které vede k lepší efektivitě práce mzdové účetní a je i finančně nejpříznivější pro společnost. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the duties of a payroll accountant in a selected joint stock company and subsequent recommendations for improving the efficiency of her work. In its first part, a literature search is carried out, which contains findings that are relevant to the issue. In the second part, an analysis of the company and an analysis of the payroll accountant's duties was made using the literature search from the first part of the bachelor's thesis. Recommendations were also made which include financial and cost implications for the company. The first of the recommendations, contracting for an indefinite period of time, initially appeared to be costless, however it carries some risks. In the event of a restructuring in the company, costs would be incurred in the form of severance payments. The recommendation includes model examples of restructuring with quantification of severance payments. The second recommendation, software optimisation, includes two options. In the first option, the purchase of new software, a survey of suppliers and their prices was carried out. In the second option, the possibility of optimising the existing software and its cost was identified. The main result of the work is the recommendation that leads to better efficiency of the payroll accountant's work and is also the most financially beneficial for the company. |
