Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku příčin a důsledků nárůstu terorismu v zemích Evropské unie. Terorismus je uveden v historických a geopolitických souvislostech, je popsána jeho typologie a ideové zdroje. Nastíněny jsou příčiny terorismu v kontextu imigrační a integrační politiky členských států. Dále jsou popsány nejvýznamnější teroristické organizace, které měly vliv na vývoj bezpečnostního prostředí v Evropě. Přístup Evropské unie jako celku k hrozbě terorismu je analyzován s určením výsledné strategie. Důsledky, v podobě souboru nejzávažnějších rizik, jsou rovněž podrobeny analýze s využitím jejich souvztažnosti a následně jsou navržena opatření k minimalizaci jejich dopadů. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the causes and consequences of the increase in terrorism in the countries of the European Union. Terrorism is presented in historical and geopolitical contexts, its typology and ideological sources are described. The causes of terrorism are outlined in the context of Member States' immigration and integration policies. The most important terrorist organizations that have influenced the development of the security environment in Europe are also described. The European Union's approach to the threat of terrorism is analyzed to determine the resulting strategy. The consequences in the form of a set of the most serious risks are also analyzed using their correlation, and subsequently measures are proposed to minimize their impacts. |
