dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjišťování postavení mravní výchovy v kurikulu prvního stupně základní školy. V teoretické části práce jsou sumarizovány poznatky o mravní výchově na základních školách. V části praktické byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, při kterém došlo k realizování polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s paními učitelkami na prvním stupni. Dále byly rozhovory analyzovány a interpretovány pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Jako druhá výzkumná metoda byla zvolena obsahová analýza Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání a dvou Školních vzdělávacích programů. Z výsledků vyplývá, že záměrný rozvoj mravní stránky žáků v RVP ZV i ŠVP je neucelený, nachází se napříč Vzdělávacími oblastmi i Průřezovými tématy. Z rozhovorů byly zjištěny bohaté zkušenosti paní učitelek s realizací mravní výchovy na prvním stupni základní školy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on finding out the position of moral education in the curriculum of the first stage of primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge about moral education in primary schools. In the practical part, qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with teachers in the first grade. Furthermore, the interviews were analysed and interpreted using interpretative phenomenological analysis. The second research method chosen was content analysis of the Framework Curriculum for Primary Education and the two School Curriculum Frameworks. The results show that the intentional development of pupils' morality in both the Framework of Primary Education and the School Curriculum is disjointed, located across the Educational Areas and the Cross-Cutting Themes. The interviews revealed the teachers' rich experience in implementing moral education at the first stage of primary school.
