dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lezeckých skupin při zásazích ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou v Olomouckém kraji. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsáno vymezení základních pojmů, Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky a jeho struktura, a především detailněji popsány lezecké skupiny a lezecká družstva. Poslední podkapitola teoretické části práce popisuje analýzu rizik a vybrané metody rizikového inženýrství použité v praktické části. V praktické části je řešena problematika dvou vybraných lezeckých zásahů, výsledky provedených analýz a návrhy na zefektivnění a opatření zásahů záchrany člověka z vysílače Praděd a záchrany chlapce ze studny.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of climbing groups during interventions at height and above free depth in the Olomouc region. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the definition of basic terms, the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and its structure, and especially described in more detail climbing groups and climbing teams. The last subchapter of the theoretical part of the thesis describes the risk analysis and selected methods of risk engineering used in the practical part. The practical part addresses the issue of two selected climbing interventions, the results of analyzes and proposals for streamlining and measures of human rescue interventions from the Praděd transmitter and rescue of a boy from a well.
