dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro založení tanečního klubu ve městě Hodonín a jeho reálného uskutečnění. Obsahem teoretické části, je literární rešerše základních pojmů z podnikatelského prostředí, včetně možných právních forem podnikání, způsobů financování a také problematika účetnictví a daní, kterou by měl podnikatel znát. Praktická část odráží část teoretickou a obsahuje analýzu trhu, samotný návrh podnikatelského plánu, včetně detailního popisu nabízených služeb a tvorby ceny a v neposlední řadě finanční plán, který obsahuje jednotlivé kalkulace a plán příjmů a výdajů. V závěru je provedena komparace daňového hlediska s ohledem na formu podnikání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focusing on the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a dance club in the city of Hodonín and its real implementation. The content of the theoretical part is a literature research of basic terms from the business environment, including possible legal forms of business, methods of financing and also the issue of accounting and taxes, which the entrepreneur should know. The practical part reflects the theoretical part and contains an analysis of the market, the business plan including a detailed description of the services offered and pricing and lastly a financial plan that includes individual calculations and a revenue and expenditure plan. In the end is a comparison of the tax perspective with respect to the form of business.
