Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou konkurencieschopnosti vybraného podniku služieb, ktorý pôsobí na finančnom trhu. V teoretickej časti sú na základe štúdia odborných prameňov spracované získané poznatky v oblasti služieb zameraných na finančné poradenstvo a konkurencieschopnosť podnikov. Objektom skúmania tejto práce je zistenie úrovni konkurencieschopnosti daného podniku pomocou zvolených analytických metód, ktorými sú SWOT analýza, Porterova analýza a metóda SERVQUAL. Porovnávaný bol s tromi vybranými konkurenčnými podnikmi služieb na finančnom trhu. V závere bakalárskej práce je na základe vypracovaných analýz vyhotovený návrh odporučení pre zlepšenie konkurencieschopnosti vybraného podniku finančno-poradenských služieb. |

This bachelor thesis describes the competitive analysis of the selected service company, which the selected company acts at financial markets. In the theoretical part, based on the study of professional sources, the acquired knowledge in the area of financial advisory services and business competitiveness is processed. The object of investigation of this bachelor thesis is to find out the level of competitiveness of a given enterprise using the chosen analytical methods, which are SWOT analysis, Porter's analysis and SERVQUAL method. It was compared with three selected competitive service companies in the financial market. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, based on the analyses made, a proposal of recommendations for improving the competitiveness of the selected financial advisory services enterprise is made. |
