Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout obci Ratiboř klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti, které povedou ke stabilizaci a neustálému zlepšování hospodaření obce. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje pomocí literární rešerše na obecné seznámení s hospodařením územních samosprávných celků. Následující kapitoly se zabývají základními informacemi o obci a popisem finanční analýzy. V praktické části je v první řadě provedena finanční analýza. Na základě této analýzy, stanovení cílů a strategie obce, jsou navrženy klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti, které obec bude pravidelně monitorovat a vyhodnocovat. Závěr práce se orientuje na proces zavedení sledování KPI do obce Ratiboř. |

The aim of the diploma thesis is to suggest the key performance indicators of municipality Ratiboř, that will lead to the stabilization and improving economy of the municipality. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the general acquaintance of the management of territorial self-governing units with the help of literary research. The following chapters deal with basic information about the municipality and a description of the financial analysis. In the practical part, at first is performed a financial analysis. Based on this analysis, the set goals and strategy of the municipality, are proposed key performance indicators, which the municipality will monitor and evaluate on a regular basis. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the process of introducing monitoring KPI in the municipality Ratiboř. |
